Natalie's Fall Senior session at the family farm.
When Natalie reached out about her senior shoot and asked if we could do it at her Grandpa's property because he had a field, and a pond, and lots of trees... I had no idea how PERFECT it would be. Natalie you kind of down-played your family farm. (;
"I hope the leaves start to change colors in time!"
Nat and I had been going back and forth talking about how we were hoping and praying for the fall colors to start to come about in time for her session. Let's just say those prayers were answered.
First stop was the pond.
The leaves, the water, the sunlight... it was all serene.
We hopped on the side-by-side and headed over to the field.
AND surprise to me!! Natalie was accepted to the University of Arkansas for Nursing!! MY old stomping grounds!! So naturally we got to chatting about how Fayetteville is by far one of my favorite places on earth.
Quick outfit change and we hopped back on the side-by-side and headed over to the best fishing spot on the property.
Threw on the cap and gown and just had a ball!
The sun was going down, it was about time to wrap up... when I mentioned "hey, I have some confetti in my camera bag..."
My signature shot for the win.
Of course everyone had to join in!
It's only fair the BEST assistants in the world could have their time in front of the camera too!
It was time to head back and park the side-by-side... but only after a quick stop.
We had to say hi to Buttercup, Vanilla, and Cupcake! It was all fun and games until all the cows swarmed us thinking we had treats...!
Boy, oh boy that was fun!
We wrapped it up, parked the side-by-side, and headed back to meet her mom and grandma. This was DEF a senior session to remember!
A note to you:
Natalie you are such a joy. All things lovely, beautiful, and sweet. I cannot wait for your time at the University of Arkansas and your future as a Nurse! Keep being just who you are. You bring so much light and joy to those around you and you will touch so, so many lives. Happy Senior Year, girl!
xoxo,
Kayls (:
